- Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week - must having weekday evening and weekend availability
- Deliver safe, energetic, and motivating classes that follow Pure Barre methodology
- Learn and perform quarterly choreography updates
- Prepare thoroughly for each class through practice and class planning
- Build meaningful relationships with members and create an exceptional client experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Demonstrate exercises, lift light hand weights, perform full-body push-ups, and maintain high energy throughout each 50-minute class
- Positive, confident, and outgoing personality
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and a strong team player
- Ability to confidently lead and motivate a room of up to 23 participants
- Strong musicality and ability to teach to the beat of the music
- Active lifestyle and commitment to wellness
- Background in dance, fitness, Pilates, cheerleading, barre, or group exercise is preferred but not required
